The Atellica Solution Calibration Virtual Training is an instructor-led interactive two-hour course designed for operators responsible for calibration on the Atellica Solution. This training will include an overview of the Calibrations Due Tile and the theory behind calibration. This training will also include discussion around best practices and corrective actions to troubleshoot calibration.

Duration: 2 hours

Upon completion of this course, the participant will be able to:

  • Optimize understanding of the Calibrations Due Tile
  • Discuss Calibration Theory and how it is utilized on the Atellica Solution
  • Create and Process and Review CH and IM Calibrations
  • Troubleshoot Calibrations

This training will be conducted using the Webex platform that allows operators to utilize the Hands-On Lab Virtual Machines that contain the Atellica Data Manager software.

This course provides information on CS System Coagulation Curve Errors. The training materials provides explanation of the Coagulation Curve errors, as well as examples of abnormal reaction curves. The participant will gain confidence in viewing reaction curves, as well as skills to evaluate if a result is reportable. Previous attendance in a Sysmex CS System training class is recommended.

Duration:  4 hours

Upon completion of this course, the participant will be able to:

  • Locate reanalysis rules on the CS System
  • Navigate the Joblist for result information
  • List common sample integrity problems
  • Describe the key areas of a normal coagulation reaction curve
  • Identify a normal PT and PTT coagulation reaction curve
  • Summarize the cause of each Coagulation Curve Error
  • List the corrective action for each Coagulation Curve Error
  • Determine if a coagulation reaction curve has a typical clot progression: baseline, clotting phase, endpoint
  • Evaluate if a result is reportable by viewing the error code, the reaction curve and the Evaluation data
