This course is designed to reinforce the importance of both routine and as needed maintenance for the IM module. We will also see how to effectively mange and execute those maintenance tasks to achieve better outcomes.

Upon completion of this course, the participant will be able to:
- Identify as needed maintenance for the SH
- Review IM Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Maintenance Tasks
- Identify Atellica IM Analyzer As Needed Maintenance Tasks
- Utilize Online Help as a Resource to properly perform tasks
- Utilize Operator Diagnostics to assess system performance and guide corrective actions
The Atellica Solution Calibration Virtual Training is a two-hour instructor-led interactive module designed to train operators on the basics of Atellica Solution calibrations. This module covers the types of calibrations available for Atellica CH and IM, how to create manual calibration orders and how to access and analyze calibration results. This module also includes tips and guidelines for successful calibrations using the PEPconnect content such as the Atellica FAQ document to work through calibration scenarios.
Duration: 2 hours
Upon completion of this course, the participant will be able to:
- Discuss CH and IM Calibration Basics.
- Discuss the types of calibrations available on the Atellica Solution.
- Identify Atellica Calibration Needs.
- Recognize the steps to create a manual calibration order on the Atellica Solution.
- Recall how to access Atellica CH and IM calibration results.
- Access and Utilize PEPconnect content to work through calibration case scenarios.
The Atellica Solution Troubleshooting Resources Virtual Training is a two-hour instructor-led interactive module designed to show operators how to access the Atellica/Siemens resources used to guide the operator in identifying and troubleshooting Atellica Solution system errors. This training covers how to access and utilize the Operator Event Log, access the Online Help instructions for troubleshooting/maintenance activities. Furthermore, this module covers how to create a Service Support request call, how to access Siemens resources in PEPconnect and the Siemens Document Library and how to access the software upgrade release notes available to all customers following a system upgrade.
Duration: 2 hours
Upon completion of this course, the participant will be able to:
- Identify System alerts on the Atellica Solution.
- Discuss how to troubleshoot errors using the Operator Event Log.
- Access Operator Diagnostic tools on the Atellica Solution.
- Review the steps to create a Service Support Request- UI Software/ASA Application.
- Access Siemens Document Library and Review Software Upgrade release notes document.
- Access PEP connect and Identify PEP Job aids used to troubleshoot system errors.
Course Schedule
This course is designed to provide learners the foundation they need to be successful on the Atellica Solution. It is a prerequisite to the Atellica Solution Key Operator training program and includes an introduction to the software, key concepts, and available resources.
Duration: 7 hours
Upon completion of this course, the participant will be able to:
- Identify the system components and their functions
- Navigate the software
- Utilize the Maintenance Schedule
- Manage supplies, system fluids and reagents
- Utilize the instrument Online Help, PEPconnect, and Document Library
- Monitor sample status
- Determine the QC material needs
- Describe how the system utilizes reagent lot and pack calibration intervals to determine calibration frequency
- Determine the calibration material that need to be loaded on the system
- Review calibration results
- Utilize the Operator Event Log

Duration: 1 day
Upon completion of this course, the participant will be able to:
- Describe icons found on the Home screen.
- Explain the communication flow of Atellica Data Manager.
- Define sample and result statuses.
- Use the Sample Query Browser to search for samples.
- Use functions found in the Sample Query Browser.
- Use Review and Edit to search for results.
- Use functions found in the Review and Edit screen.
- Summarize how to Validate results to release to the LIS.
- Define the use of the Unschedule function.

Previous attendance in a Sysmex CS System training class is recommended. This course provides information on CS System Coagulation Curve Errors. The training materials provides explanation of the Coagulation Curve errors, as well as examples of abnormal reaction curves. The participant will gain confidence in viewing reaction curves, as well as skills to evaluate if a result is reportable.

Upon completion of this course, the participant will be able to:
- Locate reanalysis rules on the CS System
- Navigate the Joblist for result information
- List common sample integrity problems
- Describe the key areas of a normal coagulation reaction curve
- Identify a normal PT and PTT coagulation reaction curve
- Summarize the cause of each Coagulation Curve Error
- List the corrective action for each Coagulation Curve Error
- Determine if a coagulation reaction curve has a typical clot progression: baseline, clotting phase, endpoint
- Evaluate if a result is reportable by viewing the error code, the reaction curve and the Evaluation data

ADVIA Centaur CP Virtual Training is a two day course designed for new key operators that need basic skills to operate and maintain the ADVIA Centaur CP System. This training offers segments of virtual training with a training specialist, combined with hands-on practice time at the system with a Technical Application Specialist. The training includes how to perform system calibrations, run quality control and add definitions, run patient samples, as well as familiarization with the CP system Hardware and Software. This virtual training also covers how to perform maintenance tasks and how to utilize the event log for troubleshooting help. Furthermore, this training includes diagnostic tools for troubleshooting and more in depth knowledge on operator system set up.
Duration: 2 days
Upon completion of this course, the participant will be able to:

- Navigate the user interface.
- Load/unload supplies and reagents.
- Setup and process assay calibrations and quality control.
- Process patient samples.
