The Atellica Solution Quality Control Virtual Training is an instructor-led interactive two-hour course designed for operators responsible for running and/or managing Quality Control on the Atellica Solution. This training will include processing, managing, and analyzing QC. The training will also include discussion around best practices and corrective actions to troubleshoot QC.
Duration: 2 hours
Upon completion of this course, the participant will be able to:
• Create and Process CH and IM QC
• Analyze QC Results
• Manage QC Definitions
• Troubleshoot QC
This course is designed to provide learners the foundation they need to be successful on the Atellica Solution. It is a prerequisite to the Atellica Solution Key Operator training program and includes an introduction to the software, key concepts, and available resources.
Duration: 4.5 hours
Upon completion of this course, the participant will be able to:
• Review the system components and their functions
• Navigate the Home Screen and Navigator
• Utilize the Maintenance tile
• Manage system fluids and reagent needs
• Utilize the instrument Online Help
• Describe how the system utilizes reagent lot and pack calibration intervals to determine calibration frequency
• Determine the calibration material needs
• Determine the QC material needs
• Utilize Siemens Online Resources - Document Library and PEPconnect

This course is designed to train operators the skills needed to operate, maintain, customize, and troubleshoot the Atellica Data Manager. This training will be delivered via Microsoft Teams and the operators will be utilizing Guacamole Virtual Machines platform that contain the Atellica Data Manager software.
Duration: 1 day
Upon completion of this course, the participant will be able to:
• Describe icons found on the Home screen
• Explain the communication flow of Atellica Data Manager
• Define sample and result status
• Illustrate Sample Query Functions
• Demonstrate Review and Edit Functions
• Differentiate between a Review and Edit and a Sample Query search
• Summarize result Validation
• Define the use of the Unschedule function
• Define the information available in the Audit tab for a result record
• Describe manually entering an order using Order Entry
• Illustrate how to review Quality Control results
• Define QC population and statuses
• Demonstrate how to reset a QC severity
• Summarize how new QC lots are defined.
• Demonstrate how to copy existing QC definitions to another instrument
• Demonstrate how to copy existing QC definitions to a new Lot number
• Generate QC reports
• Setup User Profiles
• Create Test panels
• Generate custom Counters
• Create Shortcuts
• Use the Watchdog Dashboard to identify and resolve system alerts
