This interactive virtual course is intended to provide advanced Assay Troubleshooting for operators that have completed either Atellica Solution Level 1 or General Operator Training. The participants should have several months of hands on experience with the instrument, as some advanced troubleshooting scenarios are discussed.

Course Schedule
The Atellica Solution Calibration Virtual Training is a two hour module designed to train operators on the basics of Atellica Solution System calibrations. This modules covers types of calibrations, how to create calibration orders, how to access calibration results. This module also includes tips and guidelines for successful calibrations using the Atellica FAQ document to work through calibration scenarios.
Duration: 2 hours
Upon completion of this course, the participant will be able to:
- Identify the types of calibrations available on the Atellica Solution.
- Recognize the steps to create calibration orders on the Atellica Solution.
- Recall how to access calibration results on the system software.
Course Schedule
The Atellica Solution Troubleshooting Resources Virtual Training is a two hour module designed to show operators how to access the Atellica/Siemens resources used to guide the operator in identifying and troubleshooting Atellica Solution system errors. This training covers how to access and utilize the Operator Event Log, access the Online Help instructions for troubleshooting/maintenance activities. Furthermore, this module covers how to create a Service Support request call, how to access Siemens resources in PEPconnect and the Siemens Document Library and how to access the software upgrade release notes available to all customers following a system upgrade.
Duration: 2 hours
Upon completion of this course, the participant will be able to:
- Utilize the Operator Event Log to investigate system errors
- Access Online Help instructions for troubleshooting system errors
- Discuss how to create a Service Support Request

This course is designed to train operators on the basic skills needed to operate, maintain, customize and troubleshoot the Atellica Data Manager application.
