This training covers how to access and utilize the Operator Event Log, access the Online Help instructions for troubleshooting/maintenance activities. Furthermore, this module covers how to create a Service Support request call, how to access Siemens resources in PEPconnect and the Siemens Document Library and how to access the software upgrade release notes available to all customers following a system upgrade.
