This course is a comprehensive program designed for an operator that has attended the Atellica Solution System Level 1 Operator training and has since worked closely with their Siemens application specialist, operating the system routinely. The course was designed to cover additional topics such as configurations, as needed maintenance, troubleshooting and train the trainer.

Upon completion of this course, the participant will be able to:

  • Sequence the CH sample processing steps
  • Sequence the IM test processing steps
  • Utilize the Cal/QC Needs screen
  • Perform calibration for specialized assays
  • Define/Edit a QC parameter
  • Discuss QC lot crossover options
  • Evaluate QC statistics
  • Resolve hardware 'bugs'
  • Evaluate assay troubleshooting scenarios
  • Diagnose calibration and QC scenarios
  • Access and interpret diagnostic screens
