Onsite Training

This one day course is offered to general operators that require the basic skills to operate and maintain the Atellica Solution. This is an onsite course that entails hands-on exercises at the analyzer.

Duration: 1 day

Upon completion of this course, the participant will be able to:

• Identify the System Components and their Functions
• Navigate the Software
• Utilize the Instrument Navigator, Online Help, and PEPconnect
• Manage Notifications
• Check System Health
• Navigate the Atellica Asa Software
• Manage Supplies, System Fluids, and Reagents
• Schedule, Process, and Review Calibrations
• Schedule, Process, and Review Quality Controls
• Create, Process and Monitor Patient Samples
• Perform Daily and Weekly Maintenance
• Utilize the Operator Event Log
• Create a Service Support Request Ticket
• Optional Objective: Discuss Atellica Decapper Components and their Functionality
• Optional Objective: Discuss Atellica Sealer Components and their Functionality
• Optional Objective: Discuss Atellica Sample Handler Connect Components and their Functionality

This 2 day onsite training course is designed to teach the skills needed to operate and maintain the ADVIA Centaur XP System.

Duration: 2 days

Upon completion of this course, the participant will be able to:

• Identify the system components and their functions.
• Navigate the user interface.
• Manage supplies and reagents.
• Setup and process assay calibrations and quality controls.
• Process patient samples.
• Perform daily, weekly, monthly and as-needed maintenance.
• Utilize the Event Log to troubleshoot system errors.
• Utilize the instrument Operator’s Guide and online help.
