Please Read: During the training, each participant will require the use of a computer (mobile devices are not compatible) with speaker and microphone. If audio is not available, we will provide a dial in option at the beginning of the session. In addition, a cell phone is recommended for completion of class forms and final assessment (QR Code scan).
If you will be joining the training using a shared conference room computer with other participants, we recommend ONE of the following two options:
Option One: Use an individual cell phone device to dial-in for audio. Please ensure to use headphones with the cell phone device to minimize echo/feedback noise.
Option Two: Use a polycom device (or a singular phone device on speakers) to dial-in to the meeting for audio.
