The epoc Blood Analysis System with NXS Host End User Routine Operations Virtual Training is designed for users who will be responsible for performing routine operations on the epoc system.

Duration: 1.5 hours

Upon completion of this course, the participant will be able to:

• Identify major hardware components of the epoc system
• Identify major software functions of the epoc system
• Use the NXS Host to login to the epoc application
• Use the Reader to insert a Test Card
• Use the NXS Host to enter test information
• Use a syringe to inject a sample
• Use a Care-Fill™ capillary tube to inject a sample
• Review test results
• Review Electronic Quality Control (EQC)
• Discuss troubleshooting common result errors
• Discuss troubleshooting common hardware errors

The epoc Blood Analysis System with NXS Host Super User Virtual Training is designed for users who will be responsible for operating, performing quality assurance and as needed maintenance for the epoc system.

Duration: 2.5 hours

Upon completion of this course, the participant will be able to:

• Identify major hardware components of the epoc system
• Identify major software functions of the epoc system
• Use the NXS Host to login to the epoc application
• Use the Reader to insert a Test Card
• Use the NXS Host to enter test information
• Use a syringe to inject a sample
• Use a Care-Fill™ capillary tube to inject a sample
• Review test results
• Review Electronic Quality Control (EQC)
• Use the NXS Host to perform Thermal Quality Assurance
• Review Thermal Quality Assurance

The DCA Vantage Virtual Training is designed for users who will be responsible for operating, performing quality assurance, and performing scheduled and as needed maintenance for the DCA Vantage system. This course will review Hgb A1c testing only.

The POCcelerator Data Management System Foundations Virtual Training is an introductory instructor-led interactive course designed to show operators how to utilize the POCcelerator Client and POCcelerator Web Data Management System.

PLEASE NOTE:  This course is designed for participants that have less than 3 months of hands-on experience with POCcelerator Data Management System.

Duration: 4 hours

At the end of the session, the participant will be able to:

This virtual training is intended for new users and covers the fundamentals of working within UniPOC Data Management System. The training will include navigation of the software, review of parent-child relationships within the location tree, review of the dashboard, reports, reagent lot information, and administrative functions.
